If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may submit the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under slotvipph's operating license. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
